No vibrate/haptics only option in Notification Sounds settings

Description

There's no native way to make notifications only vibrate without sound

Expected Behavior

Haptics should work with the "None" alert tone. Message notifications categories should respect or replicate all available iOS alert sounds settings (including haptics)

Actual Behavior

Either choosing "None" as the alert tone, or selecting any tone and disabling Sounds in iOS telegram app notifications settings, completely stops haptics from playing for Telegram notifications. It is currently impossible to get a vibrate-only notification natively

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings -> Notifications and Sounds -> Private Chats -> Sound
2. Select "None" as the alert tone
3. Lock the device
4. Receive a message from another user

Environment

Device: iPhone 17 Pro
iOS version: 26.3
App version: 12.5.2

Workaround

1. Download silent sound (for example from here, 500ms one will do)
2. Set it as a custom tone
