Photo suggestion stops working after the first try

Description

The main issue is that when you want to add a new avatar for a contact (suggest avatar or only set for yourself), and you click on checkmark and then deny on the modal, then checkmark stops working. it still looks the same, but modal does not appear once again on the next checkmark tap

Expected Behavior

Modal window should appear on each checkmark click

Actual Behavior

Modal window did not appear

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Telegram App
2. Go to chat with a person in your contacts
3. Click on the person's name.
4. Click Edit
5. Press "Suggest Photo for "Contact Name"" or "Change Photo for "Contact Name""
6. Choose any photo
7. Press the checkmark on the bottom right corner
8. Click "Cancel" on the modal
9. Click checkmark again

After the ninth step you won't be able to open modal once again
