Learning progression #2

Description

@Temez1

Defining the learning progression & how it's calculated.

For the learning session logic, see #9

Each topic (eg. basic operations) has subtopics that combine the topic learning progression in percentages. For example, in the case of basic operations, there are 4 subtopics (sum, subtract, multiply, divide) so each is 25% of the topic progression.

Each sub-topic (eg. sum) has 4 3 skill levels and one when a student hasn't started learning the sub-topic.

  • Unknown
  • Beginner
  • Skilled
  • Pro
  • Expert

The unknown is the starting point and equals 0/3. Beginner is when the student has started the sub-topic and equals 1/3. Skilled is when the student needs help with less than 30% of the challenges per sub-topic and equals 2/3. Pro is when the student doesn't need help with the challenges (3 sequential right answers) and equals 3/3. Expert (4/4) is when the student is pro and 3 days passed between the right answers (3 sequential right answers).
