Bug fix resulting from a previous bug fix

This version has corrected a previous bug fix that accidentally called a wrong matrix dimension resulting in that only one SN was calculated downstreams. This is now fixed and the code has been test run several times

A parenthesis was missing at row 920 of the main code, this is now fixed.

Bug fix and update

Bug fix: In the previous version band-pass filtered data was unintentionally hilbert transformed twice. This bug is now fixed.

Update: In the case where a parcellation is used that differs substantially in terms of number of parcels compared to the one used in the original manuscript, the OV parameter (used for the grouping of SNCs into SNs) should be set heuristically. This is now implemented in the new version of the code.

Bug fix 3

A bug fix on line 680 in the main code is now fixed such that all the areas in the SN and MN maps har now displayed correctly. Also the correct file for naming the MN maps are included (NetName.mat).

Spatio-temporally flexible subnetworks

This release contains all the code and associated files necessary to reproduce the results in "Spatiotemporally flexible subnetworks reveal the quasi-cyclic nature of integration and segregation in the human brain", Strindberg et al 2021.
