Thanks for your interest. We do not plan to release the code for ensemble specific fine-tuning. For reference, we have provided the details of ensemble fine-tuning in Appendix Sec.B.1 following the pipeline of the paper https://arxiv.org/abs/2111.13011. We think it is not hard to perform ensemble fine-tuning by our detailed description.
