Create tags for NUnit.Category and XUnit.Trait attributes?

This would be a good way to surface categories automatically, but if the attributes are used for development purposes we will end up with crap in the report?

I personally think we should keep them separate. I use testing framework categories to split tests by their nature or speed. The tags however are more like epics or feature groups etc. In other words, the categories are technical while the tags are domain/business related. So I think we should keep them apart.

An alternative solution would be to allow the categories to be used as tags through a config option that's off by default. I guess that's too much work for unknown value though. So I call YAGNI on it.
