"Thinklight" option in menu crashes whole laptop

As titled, selecting the "Thinklight" option in tpfancontrol's menu crashes the whole laptop and forces a reboot. Considering that thinklights are pretty much obsolete, I suggest that we remove this dangerous option from the menu, or at least perform some level of error-handling.

build the project using vs code, and then use the executable in the Debug directory

@Shuzhengz I'm rather new to building projects using VSCode, could you please provide a little more detail? Appreciated! Also, if I get the executable, where I should put it on Windows so that I can invoke it by tying TPFanControl in the Start menu?

wait sorry, i meant to say vs (visual studio) instead of vs code

If you want it in the start menu you can always right click on the .exe and select pin to start
