When enabling "Inventory filled" mode using machine tool machines don't output any comparator signal if there's just one item (even unstackable ones).
This goes against vanilla behavior of comparator on vanilla containers. Vanilla containers determine signal strength based on item's stack size and item sum(amount/maxstack) is always rounded towards higher signal strength
