print exception.what when a Tool Initialise/Execute/Finalise throws an uncaught exception. The exception is then re-thrown to resume existing exception handling.
I ended the messages with both
"\n"<<std::endl;based on the printouts in the following lines, but if that's just a duplication(?) then the "\n"s can probably be removed.
