What changes are you trying to make? (e.g. Adding or removing code, refactoring existing code, adding reports)

I have : Adding, removing, refactoring the teacher existing live codes

What did you learn from the changes you have made?

I learned a lot and this assignment force me to reread a lot about Knn, K-means and bootstrapping. Also, our to implement them using Python libraries.

Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?

I did recycle the teacher code and from python library webpage Panda and Numpy

Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?

Sometimes , you misimplemented get error , then take it to Google search and and then try to learn from other who have had the same mistake errors and how to recode to fix you error.

How were these changes tested?

in the VSC codes. it is working. Doesn't mean because it is working , so it is correct. Please, let me know if I need more corrections and where , please?
