Updated several NuGet dependencies to newer versions in multiple project files. This includes upgrades to Microsoft.Extensions.* packages, NLog.Web.AspNetCore, Shared, Shared.Results, and TransactionProcessor.Client. These updates bring in the latest bug fixes, security patches, and features.
