Tag export in Alto

current situation: if option is set to 'splitIntoWords' we also export 'place' and 'person' tags.
ToDos:

• add all possible tag types
• add it for 'export lines' as well, so the line would contain all tag references of that line
• add it for word layer as well - will be more important when we have words as result of ATR
