Wrong hyperlink to documentation website #126

The README says:
This repository contains the TriplyDB documentation files. These files are used by the Triply documentation website over at (https://triply.cc/docs)
Resolving https://triply.cc/docs gets a HTTP 404 error. Probably the hyperlink should be https://docs.triply.cc/.
