Under the section "Fetch bootstrap and packages" it seems the links should point to the full bootstrap environments rather than the pbulk environments. That is:

should be:

I am running this within OmniOS and deriving it from the instructions on https://pkgsrc.joyent.com/install-on-illumos/ which specifies using the full bootstrap environments. The boostrap-pbulk environments don't work -- they cannot fetch packages due to SSL error (pkg_add says "SSL is disabled") and they are much more limited (e.g. judging by the contents of /opt/local/bin). However the full bootstrap environments work perfectly.
