How to install PHP last version with params?

Example:

sudo pkgin install php-7.4.6 --enable-maintainer-zts --with-tsrm-pthreads

I need ZTS in PHP. Is there any other way?

You can only use pkgin to install binary packages, it doesn't rebuild from source. You'll need to provision a pkgbuild image and build your own binaries which include those options.

For your request you can use the existing maintainer-zts option for the PHP packages, but there's no tsrm-pthreads option so you'll need to add that to CONFIGURE_ARGS manually.
