Description
- Version: 3.5.0
Issue: Workflows, Email Alerts, and Audit HTML bodies were all blank after installation of 3.5.0 - there was no "Add Workflow" button
Replication Steps:
- Upgraded customer from 2.5.0 to 3.5.0
- Restarted Services
- Logged into localhost:5000
- Went to "Workflows"
- "Add Workflow" was missing, no button existed
- Navigated to Email Alerts and Audit and no data loaded in the bodies there either
- Navigation Menu loaded no issue - navigation URL changed
Workaround:
- Logged into my own local CloudFTPBridge (3.1.1)
- Selected "Add Workflow"
- Copied URL onto customers machine
- Pasted URL onto customer's machine/browser
- Added workflow as normal
Once saved - all UI elements restored and was able to begin adding workflows through the UI as normal with Add Workflow button, and was able to navigate to Email Alerts and Audit without issue
