procedure TStDictionary.dyFindNode() fails with AV upon assignment to T

  H := Hash(Name);
  T := dySymbols^[H];

because hash in this revision is calculated without consideration of HashSize.

P.S. - it is not important for me, just notifying

If you have a workaround, then please attach. This code is very old and should maybe only used for legacy projects.

Change statement to:
H := (Hash(Name) and $7FFFFFFF) mod FHashSize; T := dySymbols^[H];

That will resolve negative numbers, and set H to range of [0..max(dySymbols)]
