Blocks To Markdown issue with tables

Describe the bug
When converting blocks to markdown it wrongly generates a table header before the first row.
While markdown parsing works perfectly well, this generates errors.

To Reproduce
Create a table in the editor and use edirt.blocksToMarkdownLossy(), it will generate a table with an additional header.

This is intended behavior.

• Markdown requires tables to have a header
• You can enable headers on BlockNote tables: https://www.blocknotejs.org/examples/ui-components/advanced-tables
• If the BlockNote table doesn't have an header, we're forced to add an empty one when converting to markdown

I notice the "headers" is for "Whether to allow changing cells into headers."
When creating a new table block, it seems there is no header. Can this be configured?
