ts-node fails to find configs from exports field

1. Package main has a tsconfig.json which extends from package-b/tsconfig.json.
2. But package-b/tsconfig.json is not really the actual path but package-b uses the exports field to map "./tsconfig.json" : "./configs/tsconfig.json"
3. tsc can parse this and compiles successfully.
4. ts-node fails and can't find the extended config file.
