Description
Addresses changes to the bagit profiles for UAL preservation workflow. The changes are not backward compatible. This affects the bagger
.tomlconfig file. Refer to the updated README.md in the bagger directory for the changes in functionality.See #114

Updating the dart workflow file with changes to the BagIt profile is currently a manual process done by replacing the appropriate JSON in the workflow. See #116
