Object pooling

Maybe we need some functionality for pooling of entity ids and components, so we dont waste to much memory.

What's the problem right now? if we don't remove an entity everything should be fine, won't it?

The problem in detail is that we at some point could face the problem, that we created many components that belong to no entity but still are held in the memory. I removed the old "solution" because it was only for entity ids and i think that a list can do better than a recycle component.

The component pool should be not that hard to implement though.
