Introduce inter-process communication beetween `utbot` and `utbot-spring-analyzer`

**Description**

`utbot` requires `utbot-spring-analyzer` to process some bean definitions analysis for further type replacements in Symbolic engine.
This functionality should be called in another process to minimize side effects riscs and follow utbot architecture

**Expected behavior**

- `utbot-spring-analyzer` is called from `utbot` in separate process
- `rd` framework is used for IPC
