Recurring tasks are not started anymore after recent DST change

Last saturday night, our servers time changed due to daylight savings. After this event, all tasks scheduled in pm2 (running every couple of hours) have not been started anymore until we noticed this morning. Our pm2.log shows that everything ran fine that day but stopped some time after 1AM on March 30th (2AM on march 30th is when the DST change happened).
