Add .iso to the AllExcept inclusion list for Starr app downloads so ISOs found in completed download folders get extracted automatically. Previously ISOs were only extracted via folder watching with the extract_isos flag - this brings them in line with other archive types. Updated xtractr dependency picks up UDF volume support, multi-extent file handling, and root-folder extraction fixes. The replace directives in go.mod are temporary for local development and should be removed once the upstream PRs are merged.
xtractr and iso9660 changes are merged upstream, so the local replace directives are no longer needed. Also picks up FLAC+CUE splitting, UDF improvements, and charset detection.

I don't think we want to extract ISOs for Starr apps?

Removed — ISOs stay folder-watch only with extract_isos.

Summary
