Complete the Clubs layout

- Banner
  - add front matter support for banner 
  - display banner at the top of the club page
- Logo
  - add front matter support for logo
  - display the logo beside the title
- Events
  - render events cards for ongoing, upcoming, and past
- style the sections so it actually looks nice
- front matter support for a link to google drive with files
