Retire temporary MoveAfterRefactor subdirectory

There are two aspects to this issue.

First, the child directories in src/Core/MoveAfterRefactor should be merged with the corresponding directories directly under src.

Second, the following components should be moved to ApiCommonWebsite:

src/Core/MoveAfterRefactor/Components/StepAnalysis/StepAnalysisEnrichmentResult.scss
src/Core/MoveAfterRefactor/Components/StepAnalysis/StepAnalysisWordCloudModal.tsx
src/Core/MoveAfterRefactor/Components/StepAnalysis/StepAnalysisPathwayEnrichmentResults.tsx
src/Core/MoveAfterRefactor/Components/StepAnalysis/StepAnalysisGoEnrichmentResults.tsx
src/Core/MoveAfterRefactor/Components/StepAnalysis/StepAnalysisEnrichmentResultTable.tsx
src/Core/MoveAfterRefactor/Components/StepAnalysis/StepAnalysisHpiGeneListResults.tsx
src/Core/MoveAfterRefactor/Components/StepAnalysis/StepAnalysisWordEnrichmentResults.tsx

This one can be deleted, since it's an empty file

src/Core/MoveAfterRefactor/Components/StepAnalysis/StepAnalysisTooltip.tsx

This should be done before #179
