Add option for fixing LODGroups with missing renderer references #10

UnityEditor.SpeedTreeMaterialFixer doesn't have proper null handling and trying to inspect an LODGroup with missing renderer references will result in a wall of NullReferenceException errors your Unity Editor's console.

A simple menu item for removing the missing renderer references will provide a one-click solution to the problem.
