Display version info on site using package.json

Most web apps show the version number somewhere on the corner or edge of every page; this can be implemented using the meta data about the speedcart-react project stored in package.json.

Prebuild, prestart, and pretest scripts have been added to package.json to ensure every build, start, or test run with npm will update the version number from package.json into the environment variable files.
Note: Updates to the version number only run upon the starting run of the given npm script.
