Taking a look at sound mappings from 1.19 onwards, you can see that sounds have not been mapped to older sounds, since mapping all of them is a long-ish process that I don't have the time to complete for every single update with Mojang adding new sounds on mass. 😎
If you want to help out, take a look at the full mappings (for example 1.19 mappings) and simply put in the name of the sound present in an older version. If you want to go through/listen to specific sounds, use Minecraft's /playsound command and its awesome tabcompletion, or an external tool like this one.
