I'm a web developer with 14+ years of experience based in Mansfield, Texas. I build tools and websites that help small businesses tell their stories online.
By day, I work on the web team at UNT Health Fort Worth. By night, I run Jacob Martella Web Design, a freelance web design business focused on small business websites. And in between, I build open-source Laravel packages under ArtisanPack UI.
My path to development started with a journalism degree from UT Austin, where I covered everything from Longhorn athletics to the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Along the way, I discovered a love for building things on the web — and I've been doing it ever since.
ArtisanPack UI is an open-source collection of Laravel packages I maintain that are designed to accelerate the development of exceptional tools. The ecosystem includes 17+ packages spanning a CMS framework, UI components, forms, SEO, accessibility, analytics, and more.

| Forms | Drag-and-drop form builder with 20+ field types |
| SEO | Full SEO management with schema, Open Graph, sitemaps, and redirects |
