[suggestion] relics offhand to hotbar or inventory

To fix the issue for bedrock players for relics, instead of requiring the item to be in your offhand, require it to be in either the hotbar or just in the inventory.

Thank you for the suggestion. Apparently the current workaround does not seem to be working correctly. In the next update I will change it to a search for relics in the hotbar.
