A ResourceException indicates a badly formed resource, so if an
IOException comes back from the server, it should be rethrown as a
RepositoryBackendIOException instead of a
RepositoryResourceDeletionException

IOExceptions on delete shouldn't be rethrown as ResourceExceptions
