Envelope standard-based contact window templating and validation

Currently a 1.125" window height is used for validation, but this is one of several parameters around envelop windows. width of window, and offset from edge of envelope are also relevant. There may be a short list of envelope standards that we could consider supporting, which when configured would update typst template, as well the validation rules appropriately.
