[WISE Bug]: JSAPI StopModellingOptions not compatible with Builder

What happened?

When including a StopModellingOptions using JSAPI, Builder does not generate a job definition file.
Builder shows an error “java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 6 out of bounds for length 6” (number in error changes depending on stopmodellingoptions added - but same error). No CheckValid errors.

Diagnosed issue down to JSAPI not having an area parameter (that is in JavaAPI).
Using 1.0.6-beta.5

I also think that the ResponseTime field should be defined as a WISE Duration and not as a DateTime.
