Description

Remove unused table on Titan.
The talent widget previously closed after selecting a talent;

• it now stays open after selecting an option
• Code adapted from the TWW talent widget

Also rechecked all talent-related changes on Titan, everything looks good.

• Tested on Titan and MoP, if the talent widget stays open after selecting a option
