add russian language to wallet-serivce,openLogin and web3auth locales

Motivation and Context

Web3auth currently doesn't support Russian language. So we have add russian localization so we can use it in our project also other developers and companies can use it to reach to a wider customer/user range.

Description

Added russian texts into all the files inside the following folders:

• Openlogin-locale
• Wallet-service-locale
• Web3Auth-locale

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

Checklist:

• My code follows the code style of this project. (run lint)

Can you help me sort the list from you end?

• Use Sort JSON extension for VS Code to sort the keys in the localization files.
