Motivation and Context

The previous SDK reference link in the README was broken, preventing users from accessing the correct documentation. This fix updates the link to point to the new, valid location.

Replaced the outdated SDK reference link in the README file with the updated URL, ensuring users can access the correct SDK documentation.
