I assume this is identical to WebAssembly/spec#1839? Then rubberstump.

On the main branch, the JS spec now has a changelog as well. It would be good to update that; although currently there's no good place to do it, since it doesn't look like the 3.0 branch has that section at all yet. |

I just merged sync'ed wasm-3.0 with main, so the JS changelog should be there now. |
