I am proposing to add a select testcase for simd proposal
I was one of the co-authors of simd implementation in WAMR and while our implementation was passing all the testsuite it didn't have support for v128 in select which was reported in bytecodealliance/wasm-micro-runtime#4228
Hence adding the test to allow to catch failures like that earlier
