So, what has changed, where do you see polpetta nowadays? Have you found or written other modules that help use JS in a PHP-like "just drop your file here" manner?

tiny-cdn is my current way to serve files.

I haven't deprecated this one because it was doing something else but I think the idea of using node like php, with .njs files, is not attractive in these days.

What do you think? Should I close this project and deprecate it? IIRC it sill does the job

If it still works, there's no reason to close it. Maybe you could update the readme to give today's perspective and recommendations.
