set_options makes my code crash if I tried to do edit graph code

I'm making the app shown in picture but I have a problem with setting the graph directed through set option whenever I set options twice the program crashes ... so is there is any way that I can set edges to directed but not through set_options
actually after trying to do anything to the graph after using set_options the code crashes

I updated version on pypi. Try it out and let me know if u still have this problem.

You can't do show_buttons() when you use set_options()
