Refactor code

Mainly fix:

* Remove all `Expr` constructors with `super(-1, -1)` in them.
* Remove all import temporary tests path variables in `ImportExpr` and `Runner`.

Refactoring should be done continuously and the items above are just examples of stuff that needs to be cleaned up.
