Support "Built In" Property Types

Many are just conventions for example see https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/labwindows-cvi/page/cvi/libref/cvitdms_setfileproperty.htm

We want to make them as easily as possible.

Some may be reserved and autogenerated. For example in LabVIEW with NI_ChannelLength. I'm not sure these are required by we may want to support them natively somehow.
