portscan.netstat format issue

With some versions of psutils the result of netstat is [{'ip': '<ip_addr>', 'port':<port>}, ...] while the server expects it to be [('<ip_addr>', <port>), ...]. This leads to empty columns in Open Connections table.

This format should either be converted or be dealt with.
