Permissions not working

Permission settings will be ignored as if nothing is being done.

To Reproduce

1. Create a recipe
2. Add permission setting
3. Server reboot
4. Set permissions to false using Luckperms
5. Settings are ignored

Expected behavior
Only allow people with specific permissions to craft.

Hey there,

I've done some testing with the latest versions of both CustomCrafting and WolfyUtilities on Paper 1.17.1 and am not able to replicate this issue.

If you're still experiencing this issue could I get you to make sure you're on the latest version. Setting the permission to false also shouldn't be required as the player will only be able to craft the recipe if they have the permission set and it is true, meaning the player should just not have the permission set if you don't want them to be able to craft the recipe.
