Where support happens

  • Use Issues for specific, reproducible problems.

When to use Discussions

Use Discussions when you:

  • Need help troubleshooting but are not yet sure it is a bug.
  • Want to ask questions about features, platforms, or settings.
  • Have feedback or suggestions you would like to talk through.

When to open an issue

Open an Issue when you have a clear, focused problem:

  • A repeatable gameplay or UI bug.
  • A crash or hard freeze.
  • A multiplayer connectivity problem.
  • Significant performance problems that remain after basic tuning.

Information that helps us help you

For any support request, it helps if you share:

  • Platform (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS, Steam Deck, or other).
  • Game version or build number.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • Any troubleshooting steps you already tried.

Avoid sharing personal data, account details, or secrets in public posts.
