Description of the bug
Hi DRAM team,
I'm attempting to use DRAM 1.4.0 DRAMv, and want to use a custom HMM profile for NblA. Could you please provide me with an example using these parameters?
My HMM file contains two HMM profiles named nblA-general and nblA-picocyano.
I'm wondering how to pass the correct name and how to format the custom_hmm_cutoffs file. I couldn't find anything in the current issues or in the wiki.
I am able to run DRAMv without error, and also used HMMER3 to run an HMM search using my custom HMM profile successfully, but want to combine these processes for ease of use.
Sincerely,
James
