Release GIFStream on Hugging Face #1

I'm Niels from the open-source team at Hugging Face. I came across your work on GIFStream on arXiv (https://arxiv.org/abs/2505.07539) and its impressive results in immersive video. Hugging Face's new Papers with Code feature (huggingface.co/papers) would be a great way to showcase your work and make your artifacts easily discoverable by the research community.
