[FEATURE] Notification Providers - Ntfy/Apprise

Feature Summary

I'd like to use Ntfy for notifications and not Gotify.

Problem/Use Case

Currently, only Gotify appears to be available for notifications. Apprise would allow users to use dozens of notification types, or Ntfy could be implemented directly. Users who have moved off Gotify or use various other notification apps or pub/sub solutions would benefit from Apprise.

Proposed Solution

Implement support for Apprise.

Alternative Solutions

Implement support directly for Ntfy.

Detailed Design (Optional)

Consider changing the gotify environmental variables to generic variables.

Priority

• Low - Nice to have
• Medium - Would improve my workflow
• High - Critical for my use case

Implementation Willingness

• I am willing to work on implementing this feature
• I can provide testing and feedback
• I can help with documentation
• I would like someone else to implement this

Acceptance Criteria

• Ntfy successfully receives notifications from GG Requestz.
• Ntfy token auth is supported, either directly or via Apprise.
• Documentation updated
