[BUG] OIDC_GENERIC Auth Method produces an error and cannot login

Bug Description

Switching to oidc_generic produces an error, No authentication methods are configured.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Switch Auth Method to oidc_generic
2. See error

Expected Behavior

Login screen with option to login with SSO provider should appear

Actual Behavior

Login screen with error appears
